Ordering and payment
Orders may be discussed and confirmed through WhatsApp or another manual process. Where the website shows online payment, use the checkout steps presented there. Do not send payment information through an unverified channel.
Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled through the website. For order-related assistance, please contact support.joyecollections@gmail.com. Contacting us does not by itself cancel an order.
