Exchange requests
Joye Collections offers exchange as the customer-service remedy under this policy. Please raise an exchange request within 2 days of delivery and contact support with the relevant order details.
Package opening video
A package opening video is required for exchange eligibility and review. Please keep and share the video with your exchange request.
Review and order channels
We review the exchange request, order details, and package opening video before confirming arrangements. The same exchange process applies to WhatsApp/manual orders and to future prepaid or online-payment orders.
Exchange shipping arrangements
If an exchange is needed because Joye Collections sent an incorrect item, incorrect size or variant, or another verified issue attributable to us, Joye Collections may bear the applicable exchange shipping cost. If an exchange is requested for customer preference, a customer-selected size choice, or another reason not attributable to Joye Collections, the customer may be responsible for the applicable exchange shipping cost. Support will confirm the exact arrangement after review.
